Personal data

Data controller. RESSOURCERIE Smile, organiser of the Summit, is responsible for processing the data collected by the forms on this site.

What we collect. The registration form collects: last name, first names, organisation, field of activity, role, city and country, telephone, e-mail, website (optional), date and place of birth, nationality, answers about the visa and the chosen payment method. The contact form collects: name, e-mail, telephone (optional), subject, message and, if you attach one, an attachment.

Why. This data is used only to process your registration (organising the day, welcome, help with visa procedures and an invitation letter on request) and to reply to your messages. It is neither sold nor used for advertising.

How long. We keep it for 12 months after the date of the Summit (11 December 2026), then we delete it.

Who has access. The RESSOURCERIE Smile team. Each submission triggers a notification e-mail to the team, sent by Brevo, an e-mail delivery provider. An attachment is not kept on the site's server: it is sent by e-mail to the team, and only its name and size are recorded with your message.

Your rights. You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to and restrict the processing of your data. To exercise them, write to info@sommetchretien.com. You can also contact the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French data protection authority, if you believe your rights are not being respected.

Cookies. This site places no advertising or audience-measurement trackers. Exchanges by telephone, WhatsApp or e-mail remain between you and RESSOURCERIE Smile.
